In pursuance to the Code of Corporate Governance, 2016 and circular 7 of 2023 issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan The United Insurance Company of Pakistan has established Grievance Department for efficient and effective complaint handling.
The centralized function provides one window support to the policyholders in all matters of grievance.
The primary purpose of the Grievance department is to resolve the complaints related to claims, underwriting or any other matters and ensure that the grievance of policholders are addressed in timely manner as required in the Circular 7 of 2023.
